EXCEPTIONAL Metals (a division of Duro-Last Roofing, Inc.) manufactures the details for the Duro-Last roofing system. These details include: scuppers, collector boxes, snow diverters, vinyl-coated pitch pans, fascia covers, gravel stop covers, 2-piece snap-on compressions, snap-on fascia bases, coping, vinyl-coated drip edge, T-edges, box gutters, and downspouts.

Creative Impressions®
Creative Impressions' print shop provides the following: simple one and two-color forms and brochures, economical four-color work for brochures, flyers, booklets, and pamphlets as well as variable imaging printing. Creative Impressions' screen print and embroidery department has highly skilled staff that can help customers achieve the look they want on clothing and other promotional items.

Oscoda Plastics®, Inc
Oscoda Plastics manufactures accessories for the Duro-Last roofing system; PROTECT-ALL Commercial Flooring, which is perfect for commercial kitchen floors, walkways, gymnasiums, multi-purpose rooms, and veterinary offices; and PROFLEX® Vinyl Expansion Joints, which are excellent for driveways, pools/spas, drains, main holes, curbs, and radius work. These product lines are made from 100% post-industrial vinyl.

Tri-City Vinyl®, Inc.
Since 1976, Tri-City Vinyl, Inc. has been manufacturing pool and pond liners, pool covers (flat sheet and beaded), water tubes, and pillows as well as cistern liners. Over the years, Tri-City Vinyl has earned a reputation of excellence for fast turnaround time, a wide variety of designer patterns, precise craftsmanship, and competitive pricing.

Tip-Top® Screw Manufacturing, Inc.
TIP-TOP Screw Manufacturing, Inc. manufactures roofing screws, concrete screws, heavy-duty fasteners, construction fasteners, insulation fasteners, and insulation plates. Fasteners are available in the following head styles: Phillips flat top truss, hex, and full contour square drive. Drive styles include: Phillips, square, hex, and slotted. TIP-TOP also provides E-coating, heat-treating, cold-heading, and custom fabrication services.
