Plastatech® produces vinyl films and sheeting utilizing a state-of-the-art calender. This computerized calender controls all aspects of the manufacturing process to produce consistent, high-quality films. 

        The calender can produce flexible vinyl from 3-30 mils (0.003 - 0.030 inches) in thickness. The maximum width that can be produced is 76.25 inches. Plastatech can provide rolls up to 1,500 pounds.

Plastatech currently offers matte finishes or shallow suedene embossing.
